Working out resumed mid 2009 a little before summer. Was unsure how to feel once getting back to the gym, how much pressure could my newly reconstructed collar bone handle, how much muscle memory was retained, stamina, endurance, mental state, amongst many other feelings. But I used weights and the gym as an outlet for physical therapy, since I was not prescribed any by my physician. Nutrition Diet and training consistency began around this time.
(~Summer 2009, post op, ~185 lbs.)
(December 2009, 175 ish lbs, tried a ketogenic diet for a while) *excuse the stupid facial expressions :D
(Early 2010, beginning of a new year, started to incorporate carbs into diet, weight: ~180 lbs)
